What Will You Do as an Ambassador?
You don't need previous leadership experience to get started. Bring your energy, initiative, and willingness to guide fellow students.

Share Your Personal Referral Link
Use your unique referral link or code from the Participant Portal to invite students to AI Quiz 2026. Eligible referrals made before joining the Ambassador Program may also count toward your progress.

Understand How Referrals Are Counted
A referral is counted once the student's registration and payment are successfully verified. Pending registrations do not contribute to your achievements or leaderboard ranking.

Maintain Fair and Genuine Participation
Encourage genuine participation. Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, registering on behalf of others, or manipulating referrals is not permitted. Invalid referrals may be removed from your total.

Respect students' personal information. Never request passwords, OTPs, payment details, or other sensitive information. Always direct students to official BDAIC registration and payment channels.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can become a Campus Ambassador?
Any student with a BDAIC Participant Portal account can join the program. Simply complete your profile, including your institution, education level, and district, and agree to the program guidelines and Privacy Policy. No previous leadership experience is required.
Is the Campus Ambassador Program free?
Yes! The Campus Ambassador Program is completely free to join, and enrollment is instant. You don't need to pay any fees or wait for approval. However, joining the program does not automatically register you for AI Quiz 2026, which requires a separate registration.
How does the referral system work?
Share your personal referral link or code to invite students to AI Quiz 2026. Your existing referral code also works for the Ambassador Program. A referral is counted once the student's registration payment is verified. Eligible referrals made before joining the program can also count. Referral codes recorded during account creation take priority, and referral credit cannot be transferred after attribution.
How can I track my progress?
Your Ambassador Dashboard in the Participant Portal lets you monitor pending and successful registrations, track your progress toward recognition milestones, and view your provisional national ranking. Rankings are based on verified registrations during the current campaign, with ties resolved by the BDAIC system. Only active ambassadors with at least one successful registration appear on the public leaderboard. Ambassador rankings are separate from academic competition results.
What recognition can I earn?
You can earn Campus Ambassador Recognition with 10 successful registrations, the Campus Ambassador Merit Award with 25, and the Campus Ambassador Excellence Award with 50. Ambassadors who achieve these milestones in the final verified standings qualify for official certificates. The Top 10 ambassadors nationwide will also receive special recognition.
Will my name appear on the public leaderboard?
The public leaderboard displays eligible ambassadors' names, rankings, successful registration totals, and relevant institution and district information. Sensitive information, including email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, and referred students' identities, is never displayed publicly.
When will certificates be issued?
Official certificates will be issued after the campaign concludes and BDAIC verifies the final standings. To qualify, you must achieve at least 10 successful registrations in the final verified results. Pending registrations or provisional milestone achievements do not qualify.
Are there cash prizes or physical rewards?
The program recognizes ambassadors through achievement milestones, official certificates, and special recognition for the nationwide Top 10. Cash prizes and physical rewards are not guaranteed. Any additional rewards or opportunities will be announced through BDAIC's official channels.
Can my membership or referrals be revoked?
Yes. Invalid or cancelled registrations may be excluded from your referral totals, which can affect your milestones and ranking. BDAIC may also suspend ambassador memberships for violations of program guidelines. Suspended ambassadors are not eligible for leaderboard rankings or final recognition, although their existing referral codes remain functional.
