01About BDAIC
Bangladesh AI Championship (BDAIC) is an educational initiative dedicated to making Artificial Intelligence more accessible, understandable, and engaging for students across Bangladesh.
Through our website and Participant Portal, we organize competitions, provide AI learning resources, and offer opportunities for students to learn, participate, and develop their skills.
02Accounts and Registration
- Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or registering for a competition.
- Each participant is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure.
- Competition eligibility depends on the participant's education level and the requirements of the specific competition.
- Creating a BDAIC account does not automatically register you for a competition. Competition registration must be completed separately.
- Participants must follow the official competition rules and instructions.
03Registration Fees and Payments
Some BDAIC competitions require a registration fee, which will be clearly displayed before payment.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
- Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed, except where a refund is otherwise required.
- Participants should verify their payment details carefully before completing a transaction.
- If a payment is deducted but registration remains unconfirmed, participants should contact BDAIC support for assistance.
04Learning Resources and Examinations
Registered participants may receive access to preparation guides, practice questions, mock examinations, flashcards, AI glossaries, and other educational materials, depending on the competition.
- Learning resources are provided for personal educational use.
- Participants must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use BDAIC materials without permission.
- Participants must follow examination instructions, time limits, and academic integrity guidelines.
- Cheating, impersonation, unauthorized assistance, or attempts to manipulate examination systems are prohibited.
BDAIC may review suspicious activity and take appropriate action when competition rules are violated.
05Results, Certificates, and Recognition
BDAIC evaluates participants according to the scoring and ranking criteria established for each competition.
- Official results and rankings are published after the necessary verification and review.
- Participant names, institutions, rankings, and achievements may be publicly displayed for competition results, certificates, and recognition.
- Certificates and awards are issued according to the eligibility criteria of the relevant competition.
- BDAIC may correct results or revoke recognition when errors, ineligibility, or rule violations are confirmed.
06Community and Ambassador Programs
Participants joining BDAIC community initiatives or the Campus Ambassador Program must follow the applicable program guidelines.
Members are expected to represent BDAIC responsibly, share accurate information, respect others' privacy, and avoid misleading promotions or spam.
BDAIC may restrict or suspend participation when program guidelines are violated.
07Service Availability and Updates
We work to keep our website, Participant Portal, and related services accessible and reliable. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
